1. How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our online store. Simply select the product you wish to purchase, add it to your cart, and complete the checkout process by entering your shipping and payment details.
2. Do you charge shipping fees?
No. All orders placed on our online store are shipped free of charge.
3. Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery is available to England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
4. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 17:00 CET on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 CET or on non-working days will be processed on the next business day.
5. How long does delivery take?
The estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on location and logistics conditions.

7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled before shipment. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order, provided the item meets the return conditions.
9. How do refunds work?
Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days and returned to the original payment card used at checkout. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your card issuer.
