Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through Homigetlab (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) via our online store.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

  • You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

  • If your cancellation request is received while the order is still in processing, the order will be canceled successfully.

  • Once canceled, no shipment will be made and a refund will be arranged according to the refund process outlined below.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled directly.

  • In this case, you may apply for a return after receiving the item, in accordance with our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

  • Any return request must meet the applicable return conditions and time limits.

3. How to Request an Order Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team as soon as possible

  • Provide your order number and cancellation request

  • Our team will confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation

We recommend submitting cancellation requests promptly to increase the likelihood of successful cancellation.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • For orders canceled before shipment, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days after cancellation confirmation

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment card used at checkout

  • Supported cards include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB

  • The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your card issuer’s processing time

5. Non-Cancellable Situations

Orders may not be eligible for cancellation in the following situations:

  • The order has already been shipped

  • The order is in a final preparation stage and cannot be stopped

  • The request is submitted with incomplete or incorrect order information

6. Changes to Orders

Once an order has been placed, changes to items, quantities, or shipping details are not guaranteed. If changes are required, please contact customer service immediately, and we will assess whether adjustments are possible.
