Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
This Return, Exchange & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed with Homigetlab (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”) through our online store.
1. Return and Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
2. Return and Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

The item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories

The product must not show signs of damage, wear, or improper handling

Proof of purchase is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for return or exchange.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided

Pack the item securely and send it back according to the provided instructions
Please note: Returned items must be kept in good condition. If the item shows signs of damage or use, the return request may be refused. To make the return process easier, a return label is included in the package.
4. Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item:

Contact our customer service team within the eligible period

Provide your order number and the item you wish to exchange

After approval, return the original item following the return instructions

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be arranged
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment card used at checkout

Supported cards include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB

The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on the processing speed of your card issuer
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to their nature or condition. Any such exceptions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
