We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Our delivery coverage includes:

  • England

  • Scotland

  • Wales

  • Northern Ireland

Delivery services are not available outside the United Kingdom at this time.

2. Shipping Fees and Value Added Tax

  • Shipping Fees: All orders placed on our online store are shipped free of charge. No shipping fees are applied.

  • Value Added Tax: All prices displayed on our website include applicable value added tax. No additional tax will be added at checkout.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 (Central European Time, CET).

  • Orders placed before 17:00 CET are processed starting on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 17:00 CET will be processed beginning on the next business day.

  • Orders placed on non-working days will be processed on the next available business day.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Order processing time is 1–3 business days.

  • This period includes order verification, preparation, and dispatch arrangements.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or non-working days.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • The estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, and external factors.

6. Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted logistics providers, including:

  • Evri

  • DPD UK

  • FedEx

  • UPS

The carrier is selected based on destination, shipment size, and operational efficiency.
